[SOLGT]Kodja's 945 LT worklog! SELGES!

[Kodja]

Bilen er en original lavtrykksturbo bil. 1998 mod. Siste ekte Volvo modellår i mine øyne. Den hadde automatkasse når jeg henta den. Fargen heter Blackberry Pearl Metallic. Skikkelig fin farge i sollyset. Km stand 225 000km da jeg kom hjem med den.

Spesifikasjoner Eksteriør
Fargen heter Blackberry Pearl Metallic (fargekode 433-22). Snowcap montert og org Addon leppe forran(tatt av pga nytt stylingkit er på). I og med at det er en 98 mod så har den bred baklukehåndtak likt som v90. V90 visker bak og V70N lookalike vinge montert. "Firma"logo på siderutene bakerst. V90/965 baklykter, med kjørelys i topprekka også, ser utrolig mye bedre ut enn bare nederst, mye nyere look på rompa!

Spesifikasjoner Interiør
Airbag. Nye grå orignale tøymatter med volvologo\skrift. 965 plysh deksler langs taket. Nytt sort\grått orginalt Skinnratt, med airbag, som ble levert til det japanske markedet i utgangspunktet bare. Sort skrynkelskinn fra v90 er montert, med sideairbag! Blå dioder i instrumenter. Chromringer til hovedinstrumentet, fra scstyling.no Midtre luftedyse er byttet ut med egenlaget målerpod for Turbotrykk, oljetrykk, oljetemp og voltmeter, trukket i skinn. V90\960 sort midtre armlene foran med koppholdere. Elspeiler som er oppvarmet, 4x elvindu. Sort plysh i dørsidedekslene. 780 midtkonsoll med Golf mk4 målerholder for 3 instrumenter montert mars 2010. 2 voltmeter for å se ladestatus\spenningsstatus på de to stereobatteriene baki.
Originale Trepaneler på hovedlysbryterpanelet, varmereguleringspanelet, Askebeger foran og trepanel på baksiden av midtkonsollen mellom setene: ble montert 2009 Originale Trepaneler til dørene ble montert mai 2010 fra 940 98mod. Classic.

FK med M90, bytta ut en sjanglete automat som tok kveld på tur hjem kl 11 om natta sommern 2009. 3" dobbeltkonet K&N filter montert. 3” rustfri downpipe fra JT Tuning i sverige. 3” sportkat fra www.scstyling.no og 2,5” sportseksos fra Ferrita Norge/ ES Tuning i Trondheim. Bakre lyddemper byttet ut med Twinpipe
Bilen har AC og dermed også elektrisk vifte orignalt. Chip kommer 2010, bensinchip, samt litt høyere ladetrykk 0,8bar. Forfinet motorrommet med slangekit, alurør og silikonslanger.

15" org. Drako turbofelger med hakka piggfri, byttet ut i 16" org. Hydra med hakka m/s, vinterstid.

Sommerdekk/-felg: Tevoline 796 18" (ET20) med Continental Sport Contact 3, 225/40-18 profil. skal i teorien gi en missvisning på kun 0,6 km\t med den dim.
Vinterdekk/-felg: originale 16” Hydra felger 205/55-16 tror jeg det var...

Fullt IPD understellskit er montert: 25mm krengningshemmere foran og bak, "ambulansestaget" under og justerbart panhardstag. Bilstein Sprint dempere foran og Lesjøfors senkefjærer. Polyforinger i hele forstilling! Lesjøfors heavy duty fjærer bak med Gule justerbare Koni, for å kompansere for vekt av stereo så bilen ikke blir sigen bak og trafikkfarlig.

just like this the car was when i got it 1 year ago. All standard equiped. nothing extra At all!!! no stereo, damage seats and automatic transmission. no alu. wheels.

bought the "japan" steeringwheel new from volvo black with gray inlet smooth for beeing a original steeringwheel!

did a oilchange, and only the best is good enough for the car

the full IPD swaybar kit! TOTALY worth the money!!!

got a black 960 leather armrest.

driving lights both Upp and down on the lights. look much more up to date on the rear end!

then i finally got over some wood panels for the rest of the dashboard polished it up with turle wax emerald polish. looked brand new afterwards!

sorry late answer...
no it didn't get anything special... the 242 is now getting all the love and care, almost!!
did got a B234F\16V engine for that car, buying a DTA ecu for it and the C70 seats now so it will get on it's way sooner or later... maybe i should post a thread on that one also here...
at least i can give the rest of the world outside Norway a link to the Norwegian projectsite for my 242 at this point... http://forum.vccn.no/showthread.php?t=595 beware... it has a LOT of pictures!

for now the 945 have got a liiiiitle love and care, just a bit... but more to come also as the spring comes closer! not much this year but more next year i guess, or later on when the 242 is painted and running smooth with the 16V engine... anyways...
i did an oilchange yesterday.... Castrol 0W-40 or how it is typed... Edge Sport.. and of course an original oilfilter.


this night i have installed a Tachometer from a 940FT that is the Highpreassure Turbo engine cars... a lot more smooth to look at! did not put on a vacum hose yet, need to buy a T-splitt and a hose tomorrow

will get on working on the engine for the 242. but it will take some time. need to finish restoring the fully electric adjustable V70 seats first then going into the 16V engine.

just did some small evening work on the 945. finally after about 7-8 months i have got the center plastic consoll for manuell transmission... and have put everything there in order. changed one of the seat heater buttons too... must say it is good to finally have it installed now


and then just a few pictures of the installment of the vacum hose for the FT tachometer. did a simple Y-splitt on the hose for the Autogauge turbopreassuremeter. did make the autogauge a bit... how do i say it... "bumpy" on the preassure... and i guess it comes from the small 3mm diameter hose... try to upgrade to a little bigger later on maybe.



and then just a small video of it up and running this dark night. + a 0-100KM\H test not soo much preassure right?! 0,35 allmost not showing on the tachometer... must upgrade to the summer i think...

did a "quick" clean on the oil breather\oil catch or whatever it is called in English
damn it had some rough **** in it... took me 2 hours to get it all out. it was not plugged full, but i wanted to get rid of EVERYTHING inside. so i used hot water at first, then soap, then alcohol\"waitsprit", then degreacer and at last it was clean. good to have it done for the first time after the buy. was not as filthy as i suspected...



changed my left windowscraper today... after using the last one for about\over 2 years :-D and that one cost me 89 NOK guess about 5-8$ this is not a stock wiper with hinges all over... this is a singel\alltensed wiper from BILTEMA\cheep autoparts or something you would call it...
hope this one last as long! as you see from the picture the fault is that the rubber has almost come of now... but hey, 2 TWO years?!?! :-D

just a few dark pictures of the car today\tonight it is so much snow that i am struggling to get anywhere... and when i parked the snow gets up to the bottom part of the doors too much right now... + the snow have made the sideskirts to crack up at the rear... so i have to figure out a way to keep them on untill the spring... or buy new V90 sideskirts if still possible... but it think they build to little downwards... to small... maybe new SE skirts?

just got my 780 Center consoll today the "dobble din" consoll as it is called... going to put the Alpine D310 on the top station and a Golf MK4 3gauge bracket on the bottom din place that is going to contain two Voltmeters, one for each Northstar Gel batteries in the rear and one i haven't desided yet... might get me a water temp instrument just to have it there... need to think about that if anybody don't have a smart idea of a meter...
the small space beside the sig.lighter i haven't desided what to do with yet either... might drill some holes to fit 3 small switches there, might look good.

just a bunch of pictures of the 780 consoll installed in my car... not 100% happy with the mounting... it does not hold on as much as it should do on the right side of the consoll against the gray dashbord on the inside with the "hooks"... but it fits "tight" enough when the ashtray is put in place... but you would need longer screws to fasten it on the top... the original 940 screws is not long enough... might also need to move some of the relays on the front row... it is tight as a virgin.... against the relays. but it goes, not with a lot of room, but it goes! that's what matters. also for the first time EVER i get to use and actually keep the frame around the D310 player where it should be!!! sweet!
overall happy with the new look. and think it will be very nice when i get the 3gauge holder to fit into the open Din place...
tried out with a 7\900 instrumentswitch panell, actually an original part!!! had it in my 740 earlier on. but of course it is not wide enough
and a few pictures of what i have planed on with the instruments below the dvd player. using two voltmeters, and Not the oilgauge, but something else when i get to it... just had to use one to fill up!
on the left side on the bottom of the 2nd din place i have to take out a few mm to make a instrument fit inside, becouse it has a little elevation compared to the rest of the hole... but now i really need to buy the gauge holder
