Volvo 940 AC lugging

Har lagd tråd om detta før men fikk ikke noe respons.

Når jeg skrur på AC og har JAVN fart og turtall så lugger det hvert 5-6 sekund.

Også har jeg opplevd at AC knappen blinker (Se video nederst) men vet ikke om detta har noen sammenheng.

Har hørt at det kan være;

- Rele til kompressoren som kan være gåen (Hvor sitter det relèet?)
- Kan være lite gass igjen (Men hvis det er lite gass, så må det vell lekke et sted?)

Noen som har et relè?
Og hvor mye gass må man etterfylle?


Det med tomgangen fant jeg ut av, men hvorfor blinker den AC lampa?

Prøv å les ut feilkode på air condition :)
Skru på tenninga, sett første bryter på auto, sett midterste bryter mellom aut og lufteblåsing for frontvindu. Tredje bryter skal være på kaldest. Så trykke du inn og ut resirk knappen.

Tror det var rett. Så leser du av blinkingen som kommer på panelet.

gass fyller du ikke selv.

åssen modell er bilen din? Av sen modell? da er det ikke eget rele til ac pumpa. da kommer styringa til denne rett fra panelet.

når lampe blinker ligger det inne en feilkode, dem kan leses ut, og di koder er som regel en elktronisk feil, da følere osv.

skal gass fikses om det er lite, så må verksted gjøre detta.

tomgang kan fuckes pga klima. da ac skal være påslått sendes det signal til styreenhet til motor for att den skal gi "tomgangshøyning", og da hvis andre ting ikke er i orden: fks åpen dump, el chipper KAN kødde til det

Men hvordan vet jeg hvem og hvem feilkode som er hva?

har samma problem med min. Lampa blinker. Men jeg har jo diesel, uten hjerner og shit. Så hvordan leser man det av da?

The ECC climate unit in air conditioning-equipped cars can detect certain system faults and display the appropriate diagnostic trouble code by flashing the lamp in the A/C button. If the control module detects one or more faults, the driver is warned by the flashing A/C button. If a fault is major, the lamp will flash continuously while the engine is running; if minor, the lamp will flash for 20 seconds after the engine is started. To read the diagnostic trouble codes, the engine must be running; the blower selector in AUTO setting; the function selector in VENT setting; the temperature switch set to maximum cooling; the recirculation switch pressed in; and the A/C switch released (out). Shine a strong light on the solar sensor in the dash speaker; otherwise, the DTC for the sensor will be displayed even if fault-free. Retrieve the DTCs by pressing the A/C button in and releasing it within 5 seconds. If several DTCs are stored, they will be displayed sequentially. All will be erased when the ignition is turned off. If no faults are set, then 1-1-1 will be displayed. Note that faults may be in the component or in its wiring.

To diagnose cars with ECC but without air conditioning, no trouble light will illlumine; the system will fail. Remove the ECC module from the dash panel, take off the cover plate and press the diagnostic test button twice within 5 seconds. Read the DTCs from the nearby LED lamp, pressing the button after each DTC to read any more codes.

Så det var nesten sånn som jeg sa, bare att resirk knappen skal ikke trykkes UT igjen, men den skal være inne.
Men man skal trykke inn ac knappen inn og ut.
